I'd like to humbly suggest my own tool,
fcp, for inclusion on this list. It's a modern replacement forcpwhich is heavily focused on performance and therefore much faster (i.e. anywhere from 1 to nearly 3 orders of magnitude faster thancpfor the same workload). I just released version 0.2.0 earlier today.
